Features

By hour 8 of your shift, your legs feel like concrete. By hour 12, your ankles have disappeared into your feet.

These are built for that. Reinforced construction survives hospital clogs. 15-21mmHg compression prevents swelling. Silicone grip band that stays up.

Wear them for a full shift. Wash them. If they develop tears or lose compression, we'll refund you. Most compression sock brands make you return them unworn, which doesn't make sense for something you need to test.

Product Description

You're on your feet for 12 hours. By hour 8, your legs feel heavy. By hour 10, your ankles are swollen and you're counting down the minutes.

Most compression socks don't help much. Cotton blends feel nice for about three weeks, then they're full of holes. The cheap ones from Amazon either slide down by lunch or leave red marks behind your knees. And the expensive "lifestyle" brands? They're 15-20 mmHg at best, which is designed for airplane travel, not standing all day.

These aren't perfect. Delivery takes 7-14 days, which isn't fast. But they're built to last. Titan-Weave™ reinforced construction in the heel and toe handles hospital floors and clogs without falling apart. The wide silicone band stays up without cutting into your leg. And 15-21 mmHg graduated compression actually does something.

If the fabric wears through within 100 shifts, email us a photo. We don't need you to ship anything back. We'll replace them or refund you within 48 hours.

Okay so shipping took like 12 days which felt long but honestly these are the first compression socks that actually stay up?? I've tried bombas and some amazon ones and they all slide down by like hour 4. These don't. Been wearing them for 3 weeks now on my ICU shifts and no issues. Will buy more when these wear out but seems like that won't be soon

Was skeptical bc I've bought "compression socks" before that didn't do anything. These actually feel like compression. My legs don't feel as dead after a 12hr in the ER. The open toe thing looked weird to me at first but its actually useful for checking circulation on yourself. Only complaint is I wish they had more colors but white works fine under scrubs

Finally. Socks that don't leave marks behind my knees. I have bigger calves and every other compression sock either doesn't fit or cuts off circulation at the top. These have a wider band and it actually works. Took a bit to arrive (think it was 10 days?) but I ordered 5 more pairs right after trying them so

Stays Up All Shift

Wide silicone grip band at the top. No red marks behind your knee. You probably won't think about them after you put them on. That's the point.

Graduated Compression

15-21 mmHg at the ankle, gradually decreasing toward the knee. Supports blood flow during long periods of standing. The open toe is for circulation checks. Also helps if you run hot.

Questions about The 100-Shift™ Compression Socks

Q: How are these different from regular compression socks?

Most use cotton blends that feel soft initially but wear through quickly. We use nylon-spandex with Titan-Weave™ reinforcement in high-friction zones.

We also guarantee them for 100 shifts. If they fail, send us a photo and we replace them. We don't need you to ship worn socks back for inspection.

Q: What's the open toe for?

Circulation checks. You can see skin color without removing the sock. Also improves breathability if your feet run hot.

Q: Can I use HSA/FSA?

Yes. Compression socks are HSA/FSA eligible. Use your card at checkout.

Q: What if I don't like them?

Contact us within 30 days for store credit. If they're defective or wear through early, we replace them free under the 100-shift guarantee.

Q: Are they hard to put on?

No. Nylon-spandex stretches. You're not fighting them at 5 AM.
